MARCH 15: HAPPY 70th BIRTHDAY, MIKE LOVE of THE BEACH BOYS
HAPPY 70th BIRTHDAY, BEACH BOYS singer MIKE LOVE!
Mike, Brian, Al, Bruce & the band are recording their first new album together in decades before undertaking their 50th anniversary tour this summer!
Here's a rare one: It's THE BEATLES from 1968 at the time MIKE. JOHN. PAUL, GEORGE & RINGO all went to India to study meditation with the Maharishi.
Here are THE BEATLES playing a Beach Boys surf music style song about meditation followed by "Happy Birthday" to Mike. The 2nd video is Birthday Boy MIKE & THE BEACH BOYS at the Capitol Records Studios in Hollywood last month re-recording their great 1968 hit, "DO IT AGAIN" - appropriate because this summer they will indeed "Do It Again."
